Please review our terms and conditions carefully before booking. This section outlines important policies regarding cancellations, no-shows, rates, client responsibilities, and more. At Rene’s Transportation Services, we are committed to providing a seamless and professional experience. To ensure the highest standard of service and fairness to all our clients, we ask that you familiarize yourself with the guidelines that apply to all reservations.
Cancellation Policy

🚫 6-hour cancellation policy for all vehicles.

Full service fee will be charged for sedan/SUV cancellations made less than 6 hours before scheduled pickup.

If the chauffeur is already en route, cancellation fees will apply.
Flight Delays & Emergencies
Rene’s Transportation Services LLC is not responsible for missed, delayed, canceled, or diverted flights/trains that may result in failure to meet cancellation requirements. However, we will do our best to accommodate emergency changes, subject to wait time fees, late cancellations, and rebookings, without affecting other reserved clients.
Rates & Charges

Flat rates are based on point-to-point transfers only.

Additional stops will incur the applicable hourly rate and minimums.

Hourly rates begin from garage out to garage in.

Rates exclude tolls, parking, and incidental charges.

15 minutes of complimentary wait time is included in point-to-point transfers. After that, hourly rates apply.
No-Show Policy
A “no-show” occurs if:

The vehicle waits 1 hour after flight landing or 30 minutes at any other location with no contact from the client.

You fail to cancel or notify us in time.
Charges for No-Shows:

Full fare from Miami to the reserved destination.

Possible additional wait time and parking charges.

$120 for 8–10 passenger limousines, $65 for sedans, $90 for SUVs (for cancellations made 5–12 hours before service).
Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for all personal belongings. We are not liable for items left in vehicles or at pickup/drop-off locations.

Chauffeurs may assist with luggage but clients are responsible for maintaining control of their belongings at all times.
Smoking Policy

🚭 No smoking of any kind in any vehicle.
Violations will result in: -
Immediate termination of service

Full charge of service

Cleaning fee of $500

$200 per burn in upholstery or carpet
